Get 100 leads by asking

Ask for leads in plain English, check the matches, then approve a card to put up to 500 on a list.

You will have a count of matching businesses, the first few shown, and a list of up to 500 of them, once you approve. Nothing is sent to anyone.

Steps

  1. On Home, click in the Ask box. Under it, Get me 100 leads is one of the quick prompts. Click it, or type your own: "Get me 100 leads for Sheffield accountants". Press Enter.
  2. Ask Adapt searches the UK book. It answers with how many businesses match and a card of the first rows. Click a row to open its record. Close or Back returns you to the chat.
  3. Press Open all in Find on the card to see every match with the full filters. See Find 100 accountants in Sheffield.
  4. To keep them, say "Make a list called Sheffield accountants from those". Ask Adapt prepares an approval card, Needs approval, listing the name and how many businesses go on it. See Approve a proposal card.
  5. Press Approve. The card shows Done, with a button to open the list.

Ways to ask

Say What it does
"100 accountants in Sheffield with a verified email" Adds the filters you named.
"Dentists in LS1 with a phone number" A postcode area or district works.
A sentence in Find mode Turns it into search filters in the chat.
A sentence in Campaign mode Builds "Build a campaign: ..." and asks for approval. Nothing starts without a card.

What to know

  • It sets a yes or no filter only when you ask for it in words.
  • The chat shows the first rows only. A list can hold up to 500 from one request.
  • If it does not recognise the sector, it offers the closest suggestions. If the area is too broad it asks for a postcode area.
  • It does not reveal, export or send. A reveal is a separate card that shows its cost before you approve.
  • You get 200 questions a day by default.

What happens next

Reveal the ones you want: Reveal an email address. Then export or send the list to a campaign from Lists.
