Enrich one record
Press Enrich now on a company record to check it again today. It is free and sends nothing.
You will have a record that has been checked again, with a plain line saying what was found, confirmed and changed.
Steps
- Open the company record.
- Click Enrich now in the header card.
- A box asks "Enrich {name} now?". Click Enrich now.
- The button shows "Enriching" and the Overview tab shows a progress panel with five steps and a timer. It usually takes about a minute. You can leave the page; the check carries on.
- When it finishes the panel says "Enriched just now" with a count, for example "2 found . 1 confirmed . 1 changed", and a sentence such as "Found: phone. Confirmed: website."
If nothing new turns up it says "Nothing new this time. Nothing on this record changed."
Several records
On Businesses, tick up to 25 rows and click Check these now. A box confirms. A message tells you how many started, such as "26 started, 4 not started", and why. See Enrich now: what it does, costs and how long it takes.
What it costs
Nothing. It does not use your exports or your reveals.
Limits

What it does not do
It does not contact the business, and it does not make a missing fact appear if none exists. A field can stay "Nothing held". A value changes only when independent places agree, and the old value stays in the history. See Why a field on a record is empty.
If something goes wrong
If the button rests and says "Enrichment is not available just now. Try again later.", nothing on the record changed. See Enrich now problems, by message. Your own wrong value can't be typed over: see Correct a wrong phone number.
