  • Create your accountSign up with your work email or Google, answer a few questions and land on the Set up page.
  • Sign in with GoogleUse your Google account to create an account or sign in, without a password.
  • Reset your passwordAsk for a reset link by email, set a new password, or change it from Settings when signed in.
  • Set up Adapt Leads in ten minutesSave who you sell to, run a first search and make a first list. Nothing is sent to anyone.
  • Connect your Google accountConnect Google Calendar on Your stack so Ask Adapt can see your events and find free time.
  • Add a teammateInvite someone to your workspace by asking Ask Adapt. There is no members screen in Settings yet.
  • Make someone an adminThe owner can change a member's role to admin by asking Ask Adapt. There is no screen for it.
  • Remove a teammateDeactivate a member through Ask Adapt. Nobody is deleted, and there is no Settings screen for it.
  • Change your planPick a plan on Plan and billing and pay through Stripe. Cancelling has no button yet.
  • Download your invoicesInvoices and receipts come from Stripe by email. The app has no invoice list.
  • Connect a mailbox to send email fromAdd a Gmail, Google Workspace or other IMAP and SMTP mailbox so a campaign can send from it.
  • Turn on dark modeChoose Dark, Light or System in Settings, Appearance, or from the product name menu.

  • Send connection requests safelyApprove invite notes, then start a run in the extension. It sends connection requests at a human pace inside your limits.
  • Reply to a LinkedIn messageSee who is waiting on you in the Inbox, then copy your reply and paste it into LinkedIn. Nothing is sent from Adapt.
  • Find someone's email from their LinkedIn profileOpen a profile with the extension on, use Find an email or Reveal email, and copy the address.
  • Find businesses with a new directorUse the Adapt Insights feed to see leadership changes at businesses in your market. Find itself has no new-director filter.
  • Search for a business by nameType a few words of the name on Businesses. If nothing matches exactly, Adapt shows the closest matches.
  • Search by website addressType a website into the search box on Businesses to find the business that owns it.
  • Find a director by nameFind the person through their business, then read the People tab. Directors does not search by person name.
  • Save a searchName a set of filters on Businesses so you can reopen it in one click.
  • Make a listCreate a named list, optionally inside a campaign folder, from the Lists area or from ticked rows.
  • Add businesses to a list from FindTick rows on Businesses or Directors, press Add to list and choose a list.
  • Share a list with your teamA list has no Share button. Send it to a campaign or the caller console, export it, or use the CRM.
  • Export a list to CSVOpen the Export sheet on a list, choose columns, check what it uses, and download a file.

  • Log a call outcomePick the honest outcome after a call, and answer Who told you that? so the right thing stops.
  • Set a call backBook a call back for the time a business asked for, and work through your promises from the Call backs list.
  • Correct a wrong number from a callFlag a better number or a wrong one from the call screen, and review the flag in Corrections. A person decides.
  • Build a call listTick businesses in Adapt Leads, send them to the Caller console, and give the list to a team.
  • Add a caller to your teamInvite a team manager from Adapt Leads, then the manager adds callers in the callers' console.
  • Check an email before you sendRead an email's label, and use Confirm them now on the export sheet to check the unchecked ones. It costs nothing.
  • Enrich one recordPress Enrich now on a company record to check it again today. It is free and sends nothing.
  • Enrich a whole listUpload a CSV on Enrich a list, match each row to the UK book, then save, export or download the matches.
  • Correct a wrong phone numberYou cannot type over a number on a record. Report it, or flag it on a call, and Adapt reviews it.
  • Mark a business as do not contactAdd the email address or website domain to your suppression list in Settings. Matching rows are labelled or hidden.
  • Handle a request to be removedAdd the person to your own suppression list the same day, and send them to Adapt for removal from the book.
  • Add a dealCreate a company, a contact and a deal in one panel, with New prospect on the Deals page.
  • Set up your feedAnswer five questions in the Adapt Insights wizard so Feed, Analytics, Movers and Sectors show only your market.

  • Build a workflowDraw a workflow in the designer, set what starts it, add steps and test it on a pretend lead. It does not run on your leads yet.
  • Export your CRM dataDownload any CRM list as a CSV, export only the rows you tick, or save your CRM setup as a file.
  • Turn a signal into an openerUse the Opener button on a signal, or the Write mode of the Ask box, to get a first line for you to edit and send yourself.
  • Turn on the Search agentThere is nothing to switch on. Save your feed, then press Run Search on the Agents page.
  • Approve what Engage preparedOpen the cards an agent prepared in Ask Adapt, read what each will do, and approve or cancel it within 30 minutes.
  • Pause an agentPress Pause this run on an agent to stop its run. There is no switch to turn an agent off or schedule it.
  • See what an agent didRead an agent's last run, the day's runs on Done today, and the Results page.
  • Ask Adapt a question by voicePress the microphone in any Ask box to dictate, or Talk on the Ask Adapt page for a spoken conversation.
  • Make an API keyCreate a key on the Stack page for the MCP connector, copy it once, and revoke it when you are done.
  • Connect Claude to Adapt LeadsAdd Adapt Leads to Claude as a custom connector, sign in, and ask it to search the book. Anything that sends waits for you.
  • Connect ChatGPT to Adapt LeadsAdd Adapt Leads to ChatGPT as a custom connector with OAuth, sign in, and switch it on for a conversation.
  • Run a skillList the skills and run one through the app's routes with a sign-in token, then read the reply and any cards.
  • Get 100 leads by askingAsk for leads in plain English, check the matches, then approve a card to put up to 500 on a list.
  • Approve a proposal cardRead what Ask Adapt will do, then press Approve or Cancel. A card lasts 30 minutes and works once.
  • Use a saved promptStart a question from the slash menu or the quick prompts under the Ask box, and edit the quick prompts.
  • Find an old chatOpen Chats on the Ask Adapt page to list your kept conversations, reopen one, or remove it from the list.
  • Read the audit logYour organisation keeps an audit log of who changed what, but there is no page in the app to read it yet.
  • Ask for your dataAnyone can ask Adapt for a copy of what it holds about them by email. Customers can also export their revealed contacts.
  • Delete your data (erasure)Ask Adapt to remove your details from the UK book by email, or close your account. Closing does not delete the account.
  • Export everything you hold in Adapt LeadsExport every contact you have revealed from Settings, Danger zone, or from Lists. There is no single export of the whole workspace.
