Templates and saved email copy
There is no email template library yet. Duplicate a campaign to reuse its steps, and know what is copied.
Email outreach has no template library. You cannot save an email on its own, and there are no ready-made email sequences to pick from. The Sequences library in the app is for LinkedIn.
What works instead
Duplicate a campaign: open Campaigns, click the row, then Duplicate. You get a draft called "Copy of ..." with the same steps, variants, schedule, options and mailboxes. The leads, spam check and approval are not copied, so add leads and approve again. For a campaign written for each lead, the notes that shape each lead's email are not copied.
When you start a new campaign you can choose three shapes: three emails over five days, two over four days or one email. Each is a set of empty steps. You write the words.
Tips
Keep a finished campaign as the one to duplicate. Change the name and the opening line, not the whole thing, and run the spam check again each time.
