Opportunities from email replies
How a reply becomes an opportunity, the statuses, the value, and what Qualify and hand over does to your CRM.
An opportunity is a lead who replied with interest, kept inside Email outreach until you decide it is real. Find the list under Email outreach, then Opportunities. It is the CRM page with view=replies. The plain CRM page is your Adapt Leads CRM.
How one is made
- Mark as interested on a reply in the Unibox.
- Create deal on a reply, which also hands it over.
- Add opportunity on the page, by hand, with a title or company.
- A lead gets a positive status.
The page
Four tiles: Opportunities, Pipeline value (your own estimates, leaving out Not interested), Won, and Qualified to your CRM. Filter by status: Interested, Meeting booked, Meeting completed, Won, Not interested. Click a row for the side panel.
| In the panel | What it does |
|---|---|
| Title, Value (£) | Edit and Save title and value |
| Status | Pick one. The lead takes the same status and follow-ups stop. |
| Qualify and hand over | See below |
| Remove opportunity | Takes it off the list. The lead stays. |
Qualify and hand over
The full lead record (name, email, phone, address and everything held) goes across to the CRM this Email outreach is linked to, as a new deal. It is one way and cannot be undone. Nothing is emailed. An address already handed over is not copied twice.
The dashboard's Meetings booked and Deals in your CRM tiles come from this page, using your latest 200 opportunities.
