Reports and what the numbers mean
Every figure Email outreach really shows, how it is worked out, and what it cannot tell you.
Email outreach shows only numbers it keeps. Where it does not keep one, it says Not counted yet.
| Number | How it is worked out | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Emails sent | Every email sent from your campaigns, first emails and follow-ups, all time. Deleted campaigns are not counted. | Dashboard, campaign Analytics |
| Replies | People who wrote back to a campaign email, all time. An out-of-office counts. | Dashboard, Analytics |
| Reply rate | Replies divided by emails sent, all time | Dashboard, Analytics, Campaigns |
| Interested replies | Replies tagged Interested or Meeting booked | Dashboard |
| Meetings booked | Opportunities with status Meeting booked or Meeting completed | Dashboard |
| Deals in your CRM | Opportunities you qualified and handed over | Dashboard |
| Recipients | Leads in the campaign | Campaign Analytics |
| Did not deliver | Replies tagged as a bounce | Dashboard |
| Asked us to stop | Replies tagged Unsubscribe | Dashboard |
| Health score | A mailbox percentage once measured | Email accounts |
What is never shown
Opens and clicks are not tracked, to protect deliverability. A reply rate is the honest signal. Also not counted: emails sent by day, delivered, spam reports, best time to send, and which email of a sequence got a reply.
Reading them
A reply rate of 4% on 200 emails is eight replies, which is too few to draw firm conclusions. Tags are the app's reading and can be wrong. A reply that says no still counts as a reply.
Export
On the dashboard, Export saves a spreadsheet with each campaign's status, recipients, emails sent, replies, reply rate and interested replies.
