Run a LinkedIn campaign
Start the people in your campaign working through the Chrome extension, and how to pause it.
You will have the extension working through your campaign's people, from your own Chrome, inside your limits.
Before you start
- The extension is installed and signed in, and you are signed in to LinkedIn in the same Chrome.
- Your limits are saved on LinkedIn settings, limits and working hours. If they allow more than the ceiling, the app will not let you make a campaign active.
- The campaign has a sequence and people.
Steps
- On Campaigns, make the campaign Active with its switch or the Make active button. The app reads your limits first, then says what will happen. This marks the campaign only.
- Open the extension panel and go to Today. Under Campaigns on the Adapt Leads website, press Show my campaigns, then Add to my campaign on yours. Its people are added to the campaign lined up in the panel.
- Choose what Start does: Warm up (visit each profile so they see you looked, nothing sent) or Connect (send each person a connection request).
- Press Start warming up or Start sending requests.
The panel then shows Doing now and Running. It keeps going while Chrome is open, and you can close the panel. To stop, press Pause for now.
What a run does today
- It works at a human pace inside your daily limits and your working hours, with gaps between actions. See Limits and safety on LinkedIn.
- It works through a person's steps in order up to the first wait. It does not resolve waits, and it does not check whether someone accepted or replied.
- Connect sends connection requests. Follow-up messages are not sent yet.
- It stops by itself on a LinkedIn warning.
Marking paused does not stop a run
Pausing a campaign in the app marks it paused only. A run that is going keeps going until you press Pause for now in the extension.
A campaign made in the app cannot be started on its own from the app. See LinkedIn campaigns.
