Strategy and plan
Who you are for, why you post, your offer, your kinds of post and when you post, saved as one plan.
Strategy is a short plan for your LinkedIn: who you are for, why you post, what you offer, what kinds of post you write and when. Write and Schedule read it.

The seven stages
A strip across the top shows each stage and whether it is Done or Needs work. You can open any of them in any order.
| Stage | What you give it |
|---|---|
| 1. Who you are for | Who, what kind of business, where, how big, and what is happening to them now. The page shows how many businesses in the UK book that narrows to, and how many of their owners or partners are on LinkedIn. |
| 2. Why you post | Your reason, in your words. |
| 3. What you post about | What you know that your people want to know. |
| 4. Kinds of post | Your pillars, and the mix across educational, authority, sales, personal and lead magnet posts. |
| 5. Your offer | What you sell, with four scores for it: demand, category, outcome and payment. |
| 6. When you post | Which days and what time, and how much effort. |
| Your plan | A summary, with how many stages are done. |
The right-hand panels, Why it matters and Adapt checks, explain each stage. They are guidance, written for you to act on.
Saving
Typing and choosing never save. Press Save at the top right. The mix is saved as a share of 100, so only the ratio matters and nothing stops you posting. You must give at least one kind of post a share before it will save. How often is saved as posts a week (up to 21), comments a day (up to 30), invites a day (up to 12) and messages a day (up to 20).
What can say Not connected yet
If your account has not been switched on for the whole plan, stages 2, 3 and 5 say Not connected yet, and your audience and goal are still saved as you wrote them. The tests of whether a group of people is specific enough also say they cannot be judged for you. A stage that says so is not stored, so do not rely on it.
Counts come from the UK book
The counts on stage 1 come from the businesses we hold. They narrow the group for you. They do not predict replies.
