A page or panel could not read what it needed. The line under it gives a short reason and a Try again button.
- Press Try again.
- If it repeats, reload the page.
- If one record always fails, the rest of the page still works. On a record page the header, the up and down arrows and Export stay.
Could not load lists / Could not load searches
The left panel could not read your saved lists or searches. Reload. Your lists and searches are not lost.
Not counted yet
A figure we do not count, or cannot count at the moment, is not guessed. It says Not counted yet. Examples are the month-by-month counts on Adapt Insights and counts the book cannot give for a very broad search.
It does not mean something is broken. See Insights, Analytics and Home gaps, by message.
