Chrome extension problems, by message
The extension shows Not connected, will not download, or does not seem to know you. What each means and the order to try.
Not connected
Beside Adapt Leads LinkedIn Enricher on the Your stack page. The extension has not told Adapt it is working in the last 10 minutes, so Adapt shows it as not connected. The pill turns to Connected when it has.

Not seen from this account yet
The same line, for an extension that has never reported in from your account. Install it, open it and press Sign in.
Download failed
The download of the extension file did not work. The toast shows the reason when there is one.
- Press Download again.
- If your sign-in has ended you are asked to sign in again; do that, then retry.
- If it still fails, the build may be missing from the server: contact support.
The server says No build has been published yet. when nothing has been published and The published build is missing on the server. when the file cannot be found. Both are for us to fix.
Your session has ended. Sign in again.
Seen on the app's sign-in page when your sign-in has expired. It is not an extension fault. Sign in again.
Chrome does not update a side-loaded extension by itself
The extension is installed by hand ("Load unpacked"). When a new version is out the Install page says Update the extension. Download it, unzip it over the old folder and press Reload on the extensions page.
