Caller console problems, by message

What the Caller console and Caller team messages mean, including not connected, operator-only and the stuck queue.

TroubleshootingChecked 2026-10-10

The caller console is not connected on this deployment.

Nothing in the Caller area can be read or sent until the console is connected. It is a set-up matter for whoever runs your installation. Contact support. The rest of Adapt Leads works as normal.

The caller console is for operator accounts.

The Caller console is for people who run calling teams. If you run teams, ask whoever runs your Adapt Leads installation to add the address you sign in with. Server wording: Calling is not set up for your organisation.

The queue back to Adapt Leads is not moving

Calls and hand-overs sit waiting on the console. The page says Nothing has failed; it has simply not gone. Press Push it now. If the console has no way back configured it says Nothing was sent, and the rows are untouched: no attempts used, nothing given up on.

N notification emails gave up

The console could not send some of its notification emails. The reason is shown. Check the address, then ask support if it repeats.

Select 500 or fewer records for each push.

A push of records to the console is limited to 500 at a time. Send them in several batches.

Bad caller key

The console is using a key the server does not accept. A set-up fault: contact support.

Not connected yet (a Caller button)

These controls do nothing yet, and say so: Recover a team (archived teams are not listed), the setup shortcuts that change which kinds of business your teams ring, and A LinkedIn campaign from a call list. See known-issues/caller.

Remove their access

On the team page, removing someone stops their sign-in on their next click and ends any session they have open. Their unfinished records go back to the team's manager. Calls they made and anything they handed over stay on record. If the person runs the team and is its only manager, the removal is refused: a team with nobody running it cannot hand work out or invite anybody.
