Agents and Workflows problems, by message
What the Agents, Customise and Workflows messages mean, and what is not connected.
That agent is already running. Pause it before starting another.
One run of an agent at a time. Wait for it to finish, or pause it, then start again.

Not a problem. The run found nothing to prepare. When it does prepare cards the message says Prepared N cards for you to approve. Nothing was sent.

On a run of several agents, N could not start. Run those again from their own pages.

The workflow chat could not read your words as a step. Try something like wait 2 days, then draft a chase email, pick one from the list, or talk it through. Nothing changes by itself: you press Add a step, Change a step or Explain this.
