Privacy, what the extension reads

What the extension reads, what it sends to Adapt Leads, and what it never does.

ConceptChecked 2026-10-10

The extension reads only what a person would see, in your own browser, on your own connection. The panel has a screen called What this reads, from your account menu.

It reads

  • People on the LinkedIn and Sales Navigator pages you open.
  • Company pages on LinkedIn, in the background while you browse, at about a quarter of your own pace.
  • A few Google or Bing pages a day (at most 30), when the book asks it to check a business, in this same browser.
  • Your LinkedIn inbox, only to see who has replied, and only the latest message of each conversation.
  • A LinkedIn post you click Swipe or Commenters on.

It never

  • Sends a request or message you did not start a campaign for.
  • Posts or comments for you.
  • Solves a security check, or carries on after a LinkedIn warning.
  • Touches LinkedIn from our servers.
  • Stores your LinkedIn password.

What goes to Adapt Leads

The people it checks, so they can be matched to the book, and the counts of what a run did. It does not send your browsing history. It reads other websites only for the checks above.

What stays on your computer

  • Your LinkedIn sign-in. It stays in your browser.
  • Your AI key, if you add one. It goes only to that provider.
  • Your notes, tags and stage on a person: only in this browser.

Permissions Chrome shows

Chrome lists the extension's access when you load it. It includes LinkedIn, Google, Bing and DuckDuckGo, and web pages the server names for a check. This is how it reads pages for the checks above.
