The List tab
Everyone you have collected, filtered by what we know, with bulk check, find email and add to a campaign.
The List tab holds everyone the extension has collected as you browsed, in one place, with a count on the tab.
What is on it
- A heading, Your list, with the number of people.
- Looked up in: The UK book. If you have searched more than once, a button lets you show people from one search.
- A bar and chips that count people: Everyone, Ready to email, In the book, Not checked and Not in the book. Click a chip to filter.
- A Filter people box for a name, business or role.
- A list with a tick box for each. Select all selects everyone shown.
Click a person to open their full card. Previous and Next move through the list.
Doing something to many people
- Tick people. A bar at the bottom says how many, and breaks them down: ready to email, not checked, not in the book, no company shown.
- Choose Add to a campaign, Reveal emails (for those ready, at the cost shown), or More, which offers Check, Find emails for and Set aside.
If some people are not checked, a bar offers Check N. It looks them up in the book and costs nothing. Find emails looks for an email and also costs nothing. Revealing an email uses an export. See What a reveal is.
An empty list says Nobody here yet and tells you to search for people on LinkedIn and scroll.
