A people search page

What This page shows on a LinkedIn people search or a Sales Navigator search, and how to act on a group.

GuideChecked 2026-10-10

On a LinkedIn people search or a Sales Navigator search, This page lists the people on the page in front of you, checked against the book.

What you see

  • A small heading, People search or Sales Navigator, and your search words.
  • A big number of people on this page.
  • A bar and chips: Everyone, Ready to email, In the book, Not checked, Not in the book.
  • A list with a tick box and a pill for each person.

A line says these are the people on the page, in the same order, and that you scroll for the rest.

What to do

  1. Scroll the page. People are added as they come into view.
  2. Press Check N at the bottom to look up the ones not checked. It costs nothing.
  3. Tick people, or Select all, then Add to a campaign, Reveal emails or More.
  4. Click a person for their card. See This page, reading a profile.

States you may meet

  • Reading this page: the people appear in a moment.
  • We cannot read this page: reload the page. If it keeps happening LinkedIn may have changed something, so tell us.
  • 0 people on this page: scroll down so the results load, or try another search.
  • Some are missing: fewer were read than the page appears to show.

Sales Navigator

People from Sales Navigator are read and checked in the same way, but campaigns run on public LinkedIn profiles, so Sales Navigator people cannot be added to a campaign yet. Everything else works. The reader for Sales Navigator pages has not been run on a live page yet, so tell us if it shows nothing.
