The first-run panel
What the panel shows before you sign in, while it connects, and when Chrome will not start it.
The first time you open the panel it has not met your account yet, and it shows one of three screens.
Sign in
The screen says Know who you are looking at: the panel checks everyone you look at against the UK book and shows what we hold. It lists three steps.
- Sign in. Adapt Leads opens in a tab and brings you back by itself.
- Search for people. On LinkedIn or Sales Navigator as you normally would. The people on the page appear here.
- See who we hold. Everyone is checked against the UK book, with a verified email where we have one.
It also says your LinkedIn sign-in stays in your browser and that it only reads pages you have open. Press Sign in at the bottom.

Adapt Leads cannot start right now
If Chrome is not letting the extension run, the panel says so instead of asking you to sign in again. It tells you to restart Chrome, then open it again. If Chrome shows Relaunch to update, press that first. Still stuck: open chrome://extensions, find Adapt Leads and press the reload arrow, then Try again.
After sign-in
You land on This page. See This page, reading a profile. The header has the Adapt Leads mark, Ask and your account menu (with Settings, What this reads, Open Adapt Leads, and Pause the campaign while a run is going).
