Danger zone: export your data or close your account

Export everything you revealed as a CSV, or close your account. Closing ends sign-in straight away.

Export my data

Press Export CSV. It exports every contact you have revealed. Contacts not already exported this month use your allowance. See Exports and your monthly allowance.

Close account

Closing ends your sign-in straight away

You cannot reopen it from Settings. Export anything you want to keep first.

  1. Press Close account.
  2. Type CLOSE to confirm and press Close account again.
  3. You are signed out. Signing in again gives "This account has been closed".

What closing does

It marks the account closed so sign-in is refused. The server does not delete the account or anything that belongs to it. Plans: closing does not cancel a card subscription by itself. See Change or cancel a plan.

To have personal data removed, use the Remove my data link at the foot of the website.

Ask Adapt can never close an account.
