Change or cancel a plan
Choose a plan on Plan and billing to pay through Stripe. There is no cancel button in the app yet.
Change plan
- Open Plan and billing.
- On the plan you want, press Choose Starter (or Solo, Growth, Scale). A confirmation says you will go to Stripe to pay the price a month for the exports a month.
- Press Go to Stripe. Nothing is charged until you confirm on Stripe's page.
- After paying you return to the app, and your allowance changes at once. Used exports reset to zero.
Your own plan shows a disabled Your plan button. For more than Scale, press Talk to us under Custom.
If Stripe does not return a valid checkout page you see "Stripe did not return a valid checkout page. Nothing was charged."
Cancel
What closing your account does
Closing the account does not cancel a subscription by itself. Cancel first. See Danger zone: export your data or close your account.
Moving down
Paying for a smaller plan sets the smaller allowance when the payment goes through. Check your exports left first.
