Call now, the read-only look at the floor
A page in Adapt Leads that shows what is on the floor right now. It does not place calls or log outcomes.
Call now, under Caller Console in the left menu, is a read-only look at what is on the floor. Callers do not ring from it. They ring from their own handsets in the callers' console and log what happened there.
What it shows
- A strip with four figures: on the floor (records still to ring), waiting for a team, never answered, and dealt with.
- A list picker, then the businesses on that list, live ones first.
- For a business: the number on the list, who to ask for, who holds it, where it stands, its town and trade, and when it was handed out.
- A Script and Products panel for the team that holds the list.
If the list has no team yet, there is no script: give it to a team in Lists. If nothing has been pushed, it says so. See Scripts and products for a calling team.
What it does not do
- It does not dial, start a call or save an outcome.
- It does not edit the list.
Outcomes, corrections and handovers come back to Adapt Leads by themselves. Corrections wait for you in Caller Console, Corrections.
If there is nothing on the floor it says so and points to Send to…. See Send businesses to the Caller console.
