Operator shows what is waiting for approval, drafts a reply to copy, and can pause a campaign or add an unsubscribe without a card.
Operator tidies up: it reads what needs your approval and your latest replies, and it can stop contact.
What it reads
What is waiting for approval, and your 10 most recent replies from Adapt Outreach.
What you type
Words in the box switch on extra steps. The box says: "Say pause and a campaign name, or unsubscribe and an email".

What it can do without asking
Only those last two, and both only ever stop contact. Start, resume and spend still wait for you. A direct stop is never repeated by Run this step again.
What it hands you
A reading of the queue, a drafted reply, and a note in the run saying what was done.
What it can never do
Start or resume a campaign, send a message, or approve a card.
Limits
It needs Adapt Outreach to be open. It matches a campaign by the name you type.
