The Engage agent

Engage reads your campaigns and, if you name one, prepares email drafts and a queue for you to approve.

Engage prepares drafts for a campaign and the people to queue. Every draft waits for you.

What it reads

It lists your Adapt Outreach campaigns. If you type a campaign name, it also reads that campaign's drafts.

What you type

Type a name after the word campaign, for example "campaign Sheffield accountants". Without a name it only reads the list. The box says: "Name a campaign to draft. Nothing is sent."

You type Engage does
Nothing Reads your campaigns. No card.
campaign NAME Reads its drafts, prepares a card to write the campaign's emails.
campaign NAME and the word queue or add Also prepares a card to add people to the campaign.

What it hands you

Cards: Emails written for a campaign, and People added to a campaign. Approve them in Ask Adapt.

What it can never do

Send an email or start a campaign. Sending is only ever done through Adapt Outreach, with the mailbox, daily number and hours you set there.

Limits

  • It does not know your business. The Settings page says: "Engage cannot read a description of your business, because nothing saves one for it." Today a draft is written in Adapt Outreach.
  • It needs Adapt Outreach to be open for your sign-in.
  • It finds the campaign by the text after the word "campaign", up to 120 characters.
  • What the Adapt agents areFour agents (Search, Engage, Operator, Optimization) read your account and prepare cards for you to approve. They run when you press Run.

  • Writing emails with AdaptHow campaigns written for each lead work, what Adapt writes, what it checks, and what the assistant cannot do yet.
  • Approve what an agent preparedAgents prepare cards. You approve them in Ask Adapt. A card expires after 30 minutes. Nothing is sent until you approve.
