Choose columns, sort and page size
Show or hide columns, change the sort, set rows per page, and see what is remembered.
You will have a table that shows only the columns you want, in the order you want to read results, at the page size you like.
Show or hide columns
- Open Businesses or Directors and run a search.
- Click Columns at the right of the bar above the table.
- In Show columns, click a column to switch it on or off.

The name column and the Contact column (Reveal) are always there. The choice is kept while you stay signed in on this browser tab. It is not saved to your account.
View settings
The design also offers row height, wrapping and frozen columns under View settings. On the live Businesses page there is no such button, so use Columns only.
Change the sort
- Click the sort button in the bar, next to the filter chips.
- Choose Best match or Business name (A to Z).
Best match is the default order. Choosing a sort takes you back to page 1.
Set rows per page
At the foot of the table, under Rows per page, choose 25, 50, 100 or 200. The page you start with comes from Settings, under results per page. Only the first 10,000 matches can be paged.
Step through pages
Use the arrows and the page numbers in the footer. The footer says "Showing 1 to 25 of N" so you always know where you are. If the total cannot be counted in time, the footer shows the page number and arrows only.
What is not offered
- You cannot reorder columns by dragging.
- You cannot sort by any column other than name.
- You cannot save a column choice for later, only keep it for this tab.
