Sign up and sign in
Create an account with Google or email, or sign in. Public sign-up is closed for now.
You will have an Adapt Leads account and be signed in.
Create an account
- Open the sign-up page (/signup.html on the app address). You can also arrive from the Create an account link on the sign-in page.
- Choose Continue with Google, or fill in Your name, Work email, Business name and Password (8 or more characters) and press Create my account.
- Answer the questions that follow. See The sign-up questions explained.
It is free to start and needs no card. A new account gets a free monthly export allowance and 25 starting credits. See What is free.

What happens when you create it
- An email with the same address cannot be used twice. You see "An account with that email already exists" with a Sign in link.
- Your password is stored only as a hash. Google accounts have no password until you set one with Forgot password.
- You become the owner of your own workspace. A workspace is created for you.
- A welcome email is sent.
Sign in
- Open the sign-in page (/login.html).
- Choose Google, or type your email and password and press Sign in.
- If you have not finished the questions, sign-in takes you back to where you left off. If you have, it opens the app.
A wrong email or password gives "Invalid email or password". A suspended account gives "Account suspended". A closed account gives "This account has been closed".
Sign out
Use the product name menu, Sign out, or Settings, Security, Sign out. See Change your password and sign out.
