Reset a forgotten password

You will set a new password for your account.

Steps

1. On the sign-in page press Forgot password?.
2. Type your account email and send it.
3. Open the email "Reset your AdaptLeads password" and press Set a new password.
4. Type a new password of 8 or more characters and save.
5. Sign in with it.

Good to know

• The link works for one hour and once. After that you see "This reset link is invalid or has expired". Ask for a new one.
• The page always says it has sent a link, whether or not an account exists, so nobody can use it to find out who has an account.
• Signed in with Google? You have no password yet. Use this same flow to set one. You can keep using Google as well.
• If you are already signed in, change your password in Settings, Security instead. See Change your password and sign out.

• Check spam if the email does not arrive.

  The server routes for requesting and using the link are live. I could confirm the forgot and reset pages exist on the older v2 address, but not on every app address. If the link on your sign-in page goes nowhere, email hello@adaptleads.co.uk.
