The Get started chip and the guided tour

The Get started chip counts your set-up steps; the 5-slide tour explains the loop.

The Get started chip

A small chip at the foot of the side menu says Get started and shows how many set-up steps are done, such as 3 of 10. Pressing it opens the Set up page (Set up Adapt Leads: the Set up page). The chip counts the same steps as that page, so there is one list and one number.

  • The x on the chip hides it. It stays hidden in that browser.
  • It disappears by itself when every step is done.
  • It is not shown on the Set up page itself.
  • To bring it back, open Help and support and press Replay getting started.

The 5-slide tour

Press Take the 5-slide tour at the foot of the Set up page. It is a short walk through the loop:

  1. Welcome: the app is your control panel, and the browser extension does the LinkedIn work in your own session.
  2. Find the right people in the UK book or from a LinkedIn search.
  3. Check their contact: each email is labelled Verified, Catch-all server, No answer or Will not deliver. Nothing is hidden.
  4. Reach out by email or LinkedIn, at a human pace and inside your daily caps and working hours.
  5. Track replies in Unibox, and see what is in flight on Home.

Press Next to move on, Back to go back, Skip to leave. The tour changes nothing on your account.

Where the old checklist went

An older Get set up window with five sections (The platform, Adapt Insights, Email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, Caller console) is part of the design demo. In the live app, the chip and the menu both open the Set up page instead.
