Saved layouts and views
Record pages, list views and workflows you change are saved in your browser. They are not shared with your team yet.
You can arrange a record page and save list views. In the live app these are yours, in this browser. Another browser, another device or another person does not see them.
Record page layouts
On a company, person or deal page, press Customise at the top.
- Drag any card to any column.
- Fold, hide or add cards.
- Press Save in this browser.
The page says: "Saved in this browser. The layout is yours; it is not shared with the team yet." Moving a card says "Moved. Kept in this browser; it is not shared with the team yet."
List views
On the Companies, People and Deals lists, save a set of filters, sort and columns as a view. The note says "Saved views stay in this browser."
Workflows and Customise
Workflows, stories and what a test found are kept in this browser. See Customise, what can be changed.
What this means
- Clearing your browser's data, or using a private window, loses them.
- A teammate does not get your layout.
- Nothing is lost if you only look.
