What Workflows and Customise cannot do yet
A plain list of what is designed and visible but not connected, so you do not plan around it.
Everything on this page is visible in the app and does not work yet. Each control says so when you press it, and changes nothing.
Workflows

Saving and sharing
- Workflows, stories, layouts and saved views are in your browser, not shared with the team.
- People you add to a workflow's team are added in this browser. Nobody is emailed.
What does work
- Building a workflow, block by block or from words.
- Reading it back as a sentence.
- Testing it on a pretend lead, with a line per step.
- The Learn workflows guide.
- Cards and page layouts for your own browser.
- The CRM's own fields, views and automations, which save on the server. See Customise the CRM.
