Terms used in Adapt Leads, a to c.
Account activity
The list at the foot of Plan & billing showing plan payments and account changes. See Billing contacts, invoices and plan changes.
Active hours
The hours LinkedIn outreach is allowed to run: 07:00 to 23:30, your time.
Adapt Insights
The page that shows what has just changed in the markets you follow, such as new directors or contract wins.
Admin
A role that manages people but is not the owner. See Roles: what an owner, admin and member can do.
Agent
A helper on the Agents page that prepares work for you to approve: Search, Engage, Operator and Optimization.
All there is
A label meaning nothing further exists for a business of this kind. See Proven, Claimed, Contested, Unknown and All there is.
Approve
The button on a card that runs the one change it describes. See Approvals and cards: why Adapt asks first.
Ask Adapt
The in-app assistant. It answers from your account and prepares cards. It cannot delete, send or approve.
At ceiling
A verdict meaning Adapt holds everything this kind of business publishes. See A complete record, and what 'At ceiling' means.
Audit log
An append-only record of changes to people in an organisation. See The audit log.
Business email
An email on a record that belongs to the business rather than to a named person.
Business line
A phone number belonging to the business, shown beside a person on a person record.
Caller console
The part of Adapt for teams that phone: call lists, outcomes and teams.
Campaign
A set of messages sent to a list over time, by email or on LinkedIn.
Card
A prepared change shown to you before it happens. See Approvals and cards: why Adapt asks first.
Catch-all server
An email label: the server accepts every address, so none can be proven. See Email labels explained: Verified, Catch-all server and the rest.
Claimed
A label meaning one place says it and nothing contradicts it. See Proven, Claimed, Contested, Unknown and All there is.
Close account
A control in the Danger zone that ends your sign-in. It marks the account closed and deletes nothing. See Retention: how long Adapt keeps things.
Company number
The registration number of a registered company.
Complete
A verdict meaning every field that kind of business can have is held.
Contested
A label meaning places disagree. Both values are shown. See Proven, Claimed, Contested, Unknown and All there is.
Corporate subscriber
Under PECR, a company or other body rather than an individual. See PECR and UK GDPR in plain words for a B2B seller.
CRM
The part of Adapt that holds your deals, companies, people and tasks.
CSV
A plain spreadsheet file. Exports come out as CSV.
