The audit log
What the organisation's audit log records, who can read it, and why it has no screen yet.
The audit log is an append-only record of who changed what in your organisation. The owner and admins can read it. There is no page for it in the app yet.
What is recorded

| org.member.update | A member's role or status changes. |
| org.member.permissions | An extra permission is granted or removed. |
| org.member.reassign | Campaigns are moved to another person. |
| org.switch | Someone switches organisation. |
| Ask Adapt actions | Each Ask turn and approved card is logged. |
Each entry has a time, the person, their role, where it came from, the action and a target.
What is never recorded
Private content. Entries hold ids, counts and field names only. Ask logs a one-line summary of each tool result, not the data.
Reading it
The last 200 entries come back newest first. Nothing in the log can be edited or deleted from the product.
