Ideal customer
The kind of business you sell to. See Your ideal customer.
Inaccurate
A verdict meaning places disagree on a field.
Incomplete
A verdict meaning some fields are still to find. The card lists them.
Individual subscriber

Integration
A connection to another tool, listed on Your stack.
Invite
A one-time link that lets a person join an organisation. See Your team and invitations.
Landline
A phone label for a fixed line.
Lawful basis
The reason UK GDPR allows personal data to be used. Adapt uses legitimate interests for business contact data.
Leadership
A signal for a change among directors or leaders.
Legitimate interests
The lawful basis Adapt relies on for business contact data. Anyone can object.
List
A collection of businesses you save, share and export.
Mailbox
An email account you connect so campaigns can send from it.
Member
The basic role in an organisation. See Roles: what an owner, admin and member can do.
Mobile
A phone label for a mobile number.
Named address
An email tag: the address matches a person's name.
Newly incorporated
A signal for a company registered recently.
No answer
An email label: the mail server never answered the check.
Not checked yet
A label meaning held but not checked.
Nothing held
A chip meaning Adapt has no evidence for the field.
Objection
A person's right to ask that their details are no longer processed. See Data requests: access, erasure and objection.
One source
A chip meaning one place says it. Held, not corroborated.
Opener
The first message in a campaign.
Operator
The agent that handles replies and can pause a named campaign for you.
Optimization
The agent that suggests changes to what you are doing.
Organisation
The workspace your team shares, with an owner, admins and members.

The role that holds the organisation. Nobody else can change its role.
