Entity review and Verification queue: for Adapt Leads operators

What the Entity review and Verification queue pages are for, and why a customer account cannot use them.

TroubleshootingChecked 2026-10-10

This screen is for Adapt Leads operators. Entity review and Verification queue are in the Data menu, but they are not tools you use on your own records. If you open one on a customer account you see that message or a "did not load" note.

What they are for

Both are used by the Adapt Leads team to keep the shared book straight.

Page What the team does there
Entity review When the system links two records and is not sure ("Is the same business as", "Is run by", "Is a service of"), a person says whether the link is right, the same business, or not related.
Verification queue Each open claim links a business to the company that runs it. The team confirms it or sends it back for another independent source.

A decision on either page changes shared data for every user, is recorded with the person's name and the time, and deletes nothing.

What you will see

  • Both menu rows may show a number beside them.
  • On Data health, the Needs attention panel has a Review button for each. It opens the same page.
  • With no access you see "This screen is for Adapt Leads operators." or "Did not load".

What to do

  1. You do not need either page to use the UK book. Carry on with Businesses and Directors.
  2. If a record seems to link to the wrong company, or two records look like one business, tell Adapt. On the record, click the three dots and choose Report a problem with this record. See Correct a record: what you can and cannot change.
  3. If you are a member of the Adapt Leads team and cannot open them, ask an administrator to add you to the operator list.

Why these are in your menu

They appear in the menu for every account today. The pages do not do anything for a customer. It is a known gap that they are visible.
