Data health: how complete the UK book is
What the tiles, rings and bars on the Data health page count, and what Not counted yet means.
Data health (under Data in the left rail) shows how much the UK book holds: how many businesses, how many have a phone, a verified email, a director. It is about the whole book, not your own records.
The picture shows the page when the book could not be counted. With figures, the same tiles hold numbers.
- Tiles. Businesses, Verified emails, Phones, On the register, Director emails, Director names.
- Rings. Match coverage, and Email deliverability.
- Bars. Reach by channel, and Proven contact routes.
The parts

The email ring carries a note: a catch-all server accepts every address, so nothing can be proven either way. No answer means the server never replied. Neither says the address is wrong, so we label them and keep them.
The time stamp
A green Live pill means counted in the last 15 minutes. Otherwise it says when it was counted, such as "Counted 10:40". A set of figures older than three hours is never shown as the book's figures.
Not counted yet
A tile says Not counted yet when the figure could not be counted just now. No number is ever guessed. If every count fails the page says "That did not load. The book could not be counted just now." with Try again.
Needs attention
Two rows, Relationships to review and Claims to settle, each with a Review button. They open Entity review and Verification queue: for Adapt Leads operators, which are screens for Adapt Leads operators. An ordinary account sees an error there.
Companies being struck off
The counts leave out companies proposed for strike-off, the same as Find does.
