What Adapt never does
The things Adapt will not do, whoever asks, so you can rely on them.
Adapt keeps a short list of promises. Each is enforced in how it works, not just in its wording.

Pacing
LinkedIn outreach keeps to about 12 invites a day to start and 80 in any rolling week, within active hours of 07:00 to 23:30, and stops at the first warning.
What this means
If Adapt appears to have done something you did not approve, tell support: that would be a fault.
