Can I share a list with my team?
Lists belong to your account. This page says what is and is not there for sharing a list.
There is no Share button on a list. A list is saved against the account that made it, and the Lists page offers nothing to give it to a named person or to make it public.
What you can do instead
- Send it on. Tick the list in the Lists panel and use Send to… to put its businesses into an email campaign or the caller console, where your team works them. See Lists and folders: the Lists area.
- Export it and share the file. Exports use your allowance and are traced to your account. See Export businesses to a CSV file.
- Put the business in your CRM, where your team sees it.
What is not confirmed
How lists behave for several people signed in to one team account is set by the team and role rules in Your team and invitations. The Lists code reads and writes by account, so people who share an account share its lists. There is no per-list setting.
