Your team and invitations
How people join an organisation, and what works today: the server supports invites, the app has no screen for them yet.
Adapt has no per-seat fee, and the server can invite people. Today there is no screen for it, so it is not something you can do by clicking.
What exists on the server
| Thing | Behaviour |

| Invite | An admin or the owner enters an email address and a role, admin or member. Only the owner can invite an admin. |
| The link | The server returns a one-time link when the invite is created. It is not emailed. The person who made the invite has to pass it on. |
| Expiry | An invite lasts 7 days. |
| Accepting | The invited person signs in with the same email address as the invite, then accepts. A different address is refused. |
| Role | The new member gets the invite's role. It is never owner. |
| Revoke | An admin can revoke a pending invite. The row stays. |
| Switching | A person in more than one organisation chooses which they are working in. |
What you see in the app
Settings in the live app has Profile, Security, Notifications, Appearance, Outreach safety, Data and export, Suppression list, Integrations, Billing and plan and Danger zone. There is no "Workspace and members" section. That page appears only in the design build, with sample people.
