Which Adapt features send text to an outside AI provider, and which do not.
Some Adapt features send your words to an outside AI provider. Most of the product does not.
Sends text to a provider

Does not use AI
Search and filters, labels, verification, lists, exports, the CRM itself, Insights, the suppression list and billing.
Rules that apply
- Ask Adapt answers only from what its tools return, and cannot delete, send or approve anything. See Approvals and cards: why Adapt asks first.
- Each account has a daily message cap on Ask. Voice is limited to 200 spoken and 200 listened a day.
- Model use is logged by account, provider, tokens and cost. The prompt and the reply are not stored in that ledger. Ask's audit keeps a one-line summary of each tool result.
- You do not currently supply your own key.
