What personal data Adapt holds, why, on what basis, and where to read the full policy.
Adapt is a business-to-business service. It holds business-context contact data and nothing for consumer marketing.
What is held

| Directors | Names, as published on the public register of companies. |
| You | Your name, work email, company, a securely hashed password, and billing records held by the payment provider. |
Adapt does not look for special-category data and asks you not to upload any.
Basis
For business contact data, legitimate interests. For your account, performing the contract and running the service. Anyone can object.
Who is the controller
Adapt (Reeve Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales) is the controller for the book. For campaigns you run, you are normally the controller.
A data processing agreement
One is available on request at hello@adaptleads.co.uk.
Transfers
Hosted primarily in the UK and EU. Where a processor handles data outside the UK, safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply. See Sub-processors.
Complaints
Contact Adapt first. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
