Connect ChatGPT to Adapt Leads
Add the connector to ChatGPT as a custom connector and sign in with your Adapt Leads account.
You will end with ChatGPT able to search the book and read your workspace through the connector. ChatGPT signs in with your Adapt Leads account, so there is no key to paste.
Before you start
- An Adapt Leads account that can sign in.
- A ChatGPT plan and setting that allow custom MCP connectors. This is controlled by ChatGPT and, for work accounts, by your workspace admin.
Steps
- In ChatGPT, open the settings for connectors (it may sit under a developer or advanced option) and add a custom connector.
- Name it "Adapt Leads".
- For the address, enter
https://mcp.adaptleads.co.uk. - Choose OAuth as the sign-in method, if asked. The connector registers the client itself, accepts only public clients, and requires PKCE.
- Connect. The Connect to Adapt page opens. Sign in with email and password or Google.
- Return to ChatGPT and switch the connector on for the conversation.
What it can do

What happens next
The connection refreshes by itself for up to 30 days, then asks you to sign in again. To stop it, remove the connector in ChatGPT.
If something goes wrong
If ChatGPT says it cannot reach the connector, check that the address has no trailing path. The connector's address is https://mcp.adaptleads.co.uk, and https://mcp.adaptleads.co.uk/ works the same. If sign-in is refused, see Errors and what they mean.
